(Pipefitters, welders, Riggers, Boilermakers, Operators and Etc.)
• Pressure test on ALL Piping Systems, Exchangers, Equipment and Ect.
(Conduct hydro and air test to determine flange and piping leaks)
• Engineer, Expedite, Fabricate, Install and support all piping systems
(For steam, air, cooling water, chemical and process lines)
• Extensive experience in pipe configuration consisting of heavy wall open butt weld procedures;
That are 100% X-Ray, socket weld, screw pipe, Lock-joint, and flanged. Fuss HDPE
• Makes sure machinery is set up correctly and is properly maintained.
• Good at troubleshooting problems before they arise and as they come up.
• Ensure all work is Performed in compliance with OSHA’S regulations and standards
• Reviewed isometric drawings to determine the layout and material requirements
• Ensured that appropriate permits are secured from the site control room
• Boom-truck, lull, forklift and carriage deck, 128’JLG, Scissor lifts
• Preformed lock-out/tag-out procedures; prepared daily quantity reports w/weld maps
• Conducted employee performance reviews and discipline activities
• Rigging from, 200 Ton Critical lifts on steam generators to equipment as:
(Exchangers, pumps, compressors, columns, heavy wall piping to anything in general)
• Supervised 3 crews: maintained schedule, ordering and delivery schedules, quality, productivity, scheduling inspector sign offs and material take offs
