Managed project while hotel remained fully operational. Renovation included mechanical and electrical modernization, ultra high-end finishes and décor demanding exacting coordination on an accelerated schedule.

Senior Superintendent in charge of third shift. Responsible for coordination between contractors and uniformed services, placement of machinery, trucking routes, burning operations, shoring, drilling, tiebacks and rebuilding of slurry wall. Managed building of temporary ramp and installation of utilities.
