·Responsible for creating regular preventative maintenance schedule for HVAC and other utilities; ensuring long-term cost-efficient functionality in the company. Supervise changes and repairs of HVAC system.

·Under the direction of the Director of Facilities, maintain the building to be structurally sound, energy efficient, and safe.

·Help to implement long range plans, schedule mechanical and housekeeping services, repair operations, and preventive maintenance programs.

·Update all data/information regarding the HVAC units and fire equipment for Township inspection including having all required information ready for Township inspections.

·Use Learning Ally vehicles to fulfill requests to pick/drop off board members, guests, undertake mall runs, and equipment.

·Responsible of setting and assembling equipment for different meetings/conference. Carry out facilities-related activities at other Learning Ally locations where appropriate.

·Assemble workstation/cubicles/offices as requested ensuring the area is suitable for occupation, making recommendation on furniture, painting, and carpeting requirements.

·Maintain security access for the building, assigning keys to new employees, repairing locks, and completing locks/core change out via computer system.

·Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program for the building and its equipment during the year. Planning on short- and long-term maintenance requirements with budget estimates.

·Manage and replenish inventories including kitchen and building maintenance supplies. Purchase minor supplies and parts for the maintenance of the building.

·Planned and enforced the building evacuation procedures in case of fire and other emergencies. Ensure building is opened, fully functional and safe for business by daily inspection.

·Perform and schedule routine repairs and maintenance. Foster a working environment that supports Learning Ally’s cultural values. Planning monthly, quarterly, and annually inspection for the township annual permits (Fire sprinkler system, security system, water tower treatment, pest animal control).

·Supervise the cleaning crew and landscaping contractors.

·Maintenance of wooden bridge, including completing repairs. In charge of planning a recycling system to keep with environmental standards. Perform plumbing, sewer, electrical, and structural repairs throughout the building.
