I have almost 19 + years and ongoing experience in scaffolding field since 15 +years working in CCIC in Qatar

• Promote HSE initiative during Construction activities to keep people mobilized and safety minded. (E.g. Weekly HSE walk through/Site tour, anomaly identification and close out, HSE challenges etc.)

• Acts as a focal point on site for all incident investigations and actions as regards to scaffolding activities.

• That work is performed in accordance to company’s procedure, standard, specification, requirements and objectives.

• Review and recommend for approval all scaffold work procedures

• Prepare and monitor resource planning. (Equipment’s, Consumables and manpower) for Scaffold and access related in yard for all projects.

• Supervise all Scaffolding and access related activities on site.

• Certify and tag erected Scaffolds

• Inspect and provide material estimates for all scaffold jobs

• Coordinate with production internal department to ensure Scaffolding work as per priorities to avoid replication/rework of Scaffold.

• Plan and monitor Scaffolding inventories on site.

• Troubleshoot technical problems that may affect the construction and liaise with the Construction/Engineering team for the resolution by providing Scaffolding and temporary work design schemes.

• Analyzing the integrity of Scaffolding and temporary work structures.

• Perform other activities that may be assigned from time to time by the site management. EDUCATION
