Primary Responsibilities:-

TEAM LEAD RDBS – Retail & Distribution & Wholesale, Regional (Supply Chain)

Responsible for setting up, executing all the back office retail functions and providing training to the back office teams .

Work closely with all Distribution and Retail Supply Planners across GCC region for all their system related requirements.

Ensure that all SLAs are completed within the set Lead-time and priority.

Order management for both retail and distribution operations while maintaining system cost and retail prices.

Coordinating with Logistics for timely deliveries of import shipments to the stores.

Create and maintain promotions for retail stores for process the promotion sales.

Timely entering of all seasonal sales and purchase orders for both retail and wholesale clients and communicate with warehouse and export team for picking, packing and documentation.

Manage Return Sales Orders and coordinate with export team to ship the goods with the shipping documents.

Working closely with suppliers and customers (Amazon and Ounass) to improve operations and reduce cost.

Assist the business team with the product allocation, forecasting and stock planning process.

Working closely with the demand planners to understand the expected Forecast.

Assist demand planner with what is required in the demand, supply and inventory plan

( Sell through report ).

Co-ordinate with suppliers for Samples, PLV, Uniforms and Stock shipments.

Tracking order verse Receipts of the shipment for Egypt, KSA, Jordan, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Lebanon.

Manage the necessary documentation and online forms for the efficient, cost-effective and lawful execution of all import/export activities.

Monitoring the returns by the clients and adhering to the return’s procedures of suppliers, Process RTV in the system.

Adequate planning of warehouse resources for the peak and seasonal periods.

Update the warehouse on regular basis with regards to incoming & outgoing shipments.

Generating BI (Business Intelligence) Reports.

Ensure effective use of warehouse area, removing unnecessary stocks.

Allocation of goods to stores from warehouse.

Laise with store and make sure that store has available stock & PLV.

Responsible for the staff sale and system support for the sale.

Purchase Coordinator (Retail) - UAE (From August 2014 Till March 2019)

Closely working with Buyers for the orders - OTB (Open to buy ) budget.

Create and maintain Item Masters data file for the brands.

Process purchase orders and transfers for good, non-goods ( Marketing and VM ) in the system .

Maintain traits for item in system by location ( store and warehouse ) ( item status – discontinued or inactive or active ), Consignment Flagging .

Creating promotion in the system ( Mark down prices ) .

Ensure supplier set up is complete including estimated landed costs.

Taking care for the stock liquidation and inventory management . 3

Execute RTV in the system for damaged, repair and discontinued items .

Allocation of goods to stores from warehouse.

Collaborate with stock controller to identify the negative stock in the store and warehouse system and perform approved adjustment after resolution.

Calculation of monthly storage and handling charges (for all the Warehouses).

Coordination with Accounts team and suppliers for Payables.

Issue insurance claim, credit and debit note for damage, short or excess items .

Coordinating with agents to clear the import and export shipments in time.

Tracking order verse Receipt reports of the shipments.

Purchase Administrator (Shipping – Import and Export) - UAE (August 2011 Till August 2014)

Complete the Purchase documentation function in receiving import shipments from various suppliers including Fashion, Beauty & Gifts.

Ensure that the best logistic method been applied in the most costeffective way and Provide the required advice to customer on the suitable Logistics process and delivery options.

Execute both Local and International Shipments from Multiple sites in coordination with freight forwarders, clearing agents, suppliers, business units and warehouse.

Verification of Import documents, in line with Customs requirement to clear the shipments and compile required documents for shipment clearance within the time frame maintaining accuracy and quality standards.

Processing the ASN in WM9, Cities online, Preparing Freight Allocation Sheet and HS code Summary.

Manage shipment pick up, customs clearance & delivery to facility within the lead time and as per the priority.

Monitor and report shipment discrepancies and claims to supplier & insurance team.

Ensure all state, customs and other applicable regulations are followed while fulfilling customer requirements.

Check the shipping costs and report if there is any variation from the agreed rates.

Prepare Freight allocation and book obligation in RMS.

Process CITES certificate, Certificate of Origin & SASO as per the requirement.

Handling services through Dubai Trade online portal.

Ensure that the Logistics process has been followed as per the Company Standards.
