I have been responsible for different control measures for different machines to ensure the reliability of the test results.

Testing and preparation of Routine examination like Blood, Urine, Sputum, Body Fluids and stool

(Physical, Chemical and Microscopic Examination).

Specially perform liver function test, cardiac function test, lipid profile, renal function, blood sugar using fully automated biochemistry analyzer like Erba Chem 7, BS-200, EM- 200.

Working perfectly on a fully automated Five Part Blood cell counter - Sysmex XN - 550, Electrolyte analyzer(Roche). Fully automated Chemiluminescence Beckman Coulter “Access 2”.

Working in different sections like Serology & Bacteriology.

Perform blood Collections from pediatric and adult personnel very effectively(Phlebotomy).

Preparation of culture, media, isolation of microorganisms from different specimens like Blood, Pus, Urine, Sputum and Body-fluids etc.

Performing various serological tests such as HIV, HbsAg, VDRL, Widal, Pregnancy Test, RA and CRP etc. using different immunological methods.

Train junior laboratory staff as required.
