United Arab Emirates Air Force & Air Defense (UAE AF&AD) 1999 - 2020 In my 20 year tenure at UAE AF&AD, I have worked in various capacities from Flying/Simulator/Ground Instructor roles to more administrative and operations side of the squadron by handling courseware, admissions and scheduling for new students as well as Flying instructors that needed onboarding and conversion. I have maintained a 100% track record of course completion on-time. The details of my career progression at UAE AF&AD are defined below, with the timeline showing the different aircrafts, simulators and courses and evaluations completed:
Flying, Simulator and Ground Training Instructor – PC-21 2011 – 2020
• Course Coordinator / Flying Scheduler / Flying, Simulator & Ground Training Instructor for Transport Course / Basic Flying Training Course / QFI Courses
• Final Course Report (FCR) preparation including forecasting and recommendation for future progression.
• Flying, Simulator & Ground Training Instructor for Aircraft System Review.

Flying Instructor – MB-339, Hawk63 and Hawk 61 2002 – 2011
• Committee member for the Flying Instructor School Project (FIS) in UAEAF&AD:
• Created and founded the flying instructor school with an objective to train experienced pilots as Qualified Flying Instructors (QFI) adapted from the British Training Philosophy.
• Trained and managed UAE nationals as well as pilots from Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait as Instructors.
• Implemented framework for Instructor's Selection & Induction, Aircraft Conversion as well as created Courseware Production
• Till to date 20 QFI courses have successful graduated and now imparting instructional duties in various flying units
