Lead project kick-off activities. Understand the complexity of the projects, identification and involving of the right mix of resources, pre-kick-off training, setting up processes, the environment for project kick-off.
Prepare project plan. Perform key project management activities like planning, work allocation and tracking, end-to-end-delivery, day-to-day interaction with onsite, status reporting, quality assurance activities, etc
