In charge of the daily operations of our 900 kiosks over 5 countries, responsible for:

Leading a technical team to maintain the operational integrity of our internal network to keep 900+ kiosks connected and live 7 days a week

Achieved month on month KPI maintaining the internal network connectivity for customer functionality

Leading a Customer Support/Machine Support team with 12 personnel co-located over 3 different countries, delivering better than Industry standard KPIs

RIB (Rigid-hull Inflatable Boat) Detachment Officer in Charge / Patrol Officer

RIB DET Commander, directly responsible for the management and leadership of 8 enlisted personnel and $8 million dollars’ worth of assorted equipment with a $100,000 operating budget.

Deployed to the Horn of Africa (HOA) in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and CENTCOM in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Led combatant craft detachment comprised of eight men, two 11-meter RIBs and a 15 man Visit, Board, Search and Seizure Team.

Spent 4 months protecting the Iraqi Oil Infrastructure in the Arabian Gulf.
