MOS VLSI Circuit Design Course Project

• Designed and drew a MAC (multiplier–accumulator) circuit in Cadence, starting with CMOS basic logic gates.

• Done it independently, and I was the only team member.

• The Multiplication Unit is a 6x6-bits multiplier, and the Adder Unit is a 16-bit carry-lookahead adder.

• Drew both the schematic and layout, and their simulation runs were very successful.

• The final rating of the project design is a full score of 100/100.

Chongqing University Formula Racing Team

• Formula racing teams have two types of cars: petrol-powered and electric-powered. Our department is responsible for the battery management system (BMS) of the electric car.

• Commissioned the BMS (product purchased by racing teams) of the electric car of the formula racing team.

• Used DPS28035 to build a BMS (made by students), and it realized parameter measurement function.

• Debugged the voltage and temperature sensors, and soldered the module to the main circuit board.
