When I started working at SLM I moved around worked in all six departments in the plant, where ever I was needed at the time, Manual Insertion Test, Chassis Assemble Test, Tolex, Final, woodshop, before finding a Home in the AI-Department, working my way up from machine operator, to shift leader and then Department supervisor in 1994, I was offered the same position at the SLME Arkansas Division Plant in 1997.

Increased Over All Department Performance, efficiency, and utilization from 80% to a consistent 100% each Month.

Managed two shifts and was on call five days a week.

I have used all types of hand and pneumatic tools for manufacturing.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance and labor tracking reports.
