Communicate with site/field technicians as well vendor relations and support (TAC/ JTAC) for a resolution.

Provide prompt response to escalations from Tier I support staff and to service operations customer issues

Maintain and install multiple client infrastructures including wireless, MDF & IDF, cabling, wiring closets, consoles, switches, routers services and connectivity
