Color Match Dept; Process customer orders to match their color by creating a starting formula that is retrieved from our database.

Matching pigments and dye colors with company or customers resins into a molding machine to create the exact match of shade.

Perform visual inspection of customer and company shades to make sure there are no flaws in the processing of the colors.

Quality Assurance Dept; Inspect color pallets which are processed by the production area to make sure the colors are on target from customer samples before shipment goes out.
