Creating activities that were beneficial for their abilities and level of intellectual functioning. Expedited all activities and events with the residents daily. Organized extraordinary events, such as for Easter Sunday, had a Baptist Minister come, held a Special Easter Service, this was during COVID. Had special Birthday celebrations for residents each month, but when one turned 100 years or older, we added a bit more to make it a very special time as this is a milestone for living.
