This project stated in planning in 1996. Project was design by Urban Design Group and cost 180,000,000.00 and expanded in 2011. Don Keller was the owner of Lakeshore Classic Construction, MI LIC # 210-***-****. Lakeshore Classic Construction did 65 % of all the interior and exterior finishes, the president/CEO John Miller for the Potawatomi Indians hired Lakeshore Classic Construction company, Project finished in 2 years. Lakeshore Classic Construction was hired By David Gazzi to build 10 units 4 story podium build condos facing Lake Michigan Harbor. This project took full time over 85 Men and was completed in 8 to 10 months. The first floor is all concrete walls with a Podium platform to build 3 additional floors with wood framing. Each unit consists of approx. 3500 sqFt living space with steel structure. Hardie Board siding and Peachtree windows with white stain cedar gives the masterpiece great beauty. Projected started in fall of 2002 and finished in fall of 2004. City of Fort Wayne was expanding and had to put in a Wastewater treatment plant. Project cost was around 255 million. I was the senior project manager of this project for Bart Malow Company. They are a union company and needed a proving leadership to oversee this project. Metroplex Hospital

Metroplex hospital is located just outside of the front gate to Fort Hood Army Base. I was lead Manager from these 5 stories add on addition. To include ICU floor and a Pediatrics floor with the remaining floors for patient’s recovery rooms. I managed and overseen 120 working trades men on this project and pass Jayco inspection and the new suits open 3 months earlier than anticipated. Ash Brokerage Corporation in Fort Wayne Indiana.
This project I managed for 8 months as a senior project manager, this project took over 3.5 years to complete. On the 7th floor there is a relaxing view with grass sod and trees on each end of the building. This project was the talk of the town, Don was hired by Tom weigan Construction.
