My responsibilities are taking calls from customers having issues with their vivint security equipment. I walk them through each step and make they are up to date on what is going on with their system and sensors. I also ship them knew equipment if troubleshooting does not work along with transferring them to proper tiers for the right sensors. I'd like to say im very good at deescalating and not taking correctional advice personally and learn from it instead! I love and accept all tips and tricks!
