In this project Credit holders, land holders, government this people will involve. If a land holder wants to construct an apartment or a big building, he will first destroy the tress and cut some bushes it effects to the birds living in that area and its effect to the bio diversity. So, the Australian government won’t accept it. For those purposes there will be credit holders who sell credits. Government will buy credits from the credit holders and sell to the landholders. If landholders have credits, then they can go for the construction.
