Application Support and Maintenance Manager. 11/2020 – 07/2022 Led multiple and complex cross-functional IT projects, within the IT project portfolio ensuring that projects were completed on time and within the approved Budget. Coordinated the technical specialist’s team who performed the application support and maintenance for more than 70 business applications.

As part of the Digital Transformation Program, led the technical solution design for +350 issues raised during the Discovery project, turning those findings into automation initiatives, which were closed releasing more than 40K hours of effectiveness.

Raised incidents and requests SLA’ compliance level from 70% to 92% of average monthly.

Ensured successful delivery of analysis, design, and implementation for more than 50 projects/requirements in 2021 and about 30 in 2022, spanning over 70 applications, with a combined annual project budget of over $4.0M.

Led the new platform implementation project for issuing and sending account statements, reducing generation, and sending time from 48 hours to 4 hours.
