Mechanical Design Engineer

Looking for mechanical Design Engineer Position in water treatment line

Engineering Responsibilities:

Review P&ID, Piping layout and GA Drawings for Equipment.

Review process calculation, sizing pump, blower, compressor, mixers and separators.

Design calculation & Drawings for pressure vessel (ASME SEC VIII) and Tand (API650)

Prepare specification and data sheets for Pumps (API & ASME), Filters, Tanks, Valves, Actuators and all other equipment’s (Static & rotary)

Development of Layout & 3D Modelling for Treatment plant using Auto CAD.

Pre Bid Drawings, MTOs and Offers

Preparation of erection and shop drawing

Technical Writeups, Tender Specifications, Material Specifications

Detailed Engineering Drawings, Isometric Drawings, As made drawings

Preparation of Equipment, WTP & DM Piping Layouts & BOP Piping

Document Management ( in Excel )

Scheduling Jobs to Subordinates
