Execution of all construction activities of building along with finishing items, preparation of estimates, taking measurements, subcontractor’s bill certification and familiarity with external/internal plumbing and sanitary systems, water supply, electrical etc. 5. Inspect the works undertaken for compliance with required quality and good workmanship practice. 6. Inspect and assess/monitor health and safety on site. 7. Preparing work schedules, monitoring the progress, supervision of works. Preparing daily/weekly progress reports.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

1. Currently working with M/S Unipro Techno Infrastructure Pvt Ltd (Chandigarh) since May 2022, work at Himachal Pradesh, Mandi Dharampur (Degree college hall and ITI building as senior civil engineer.

2. From February 2021 to April 2022 worked with Varindera construction limited, New Delhi, from February 2021 as a senior engineer civil.

3. From March 2019 to May 2020 worked with M/S Sam Building Contracting LLC Dubai, as a civil engineer. Modification of RAK Mall( Lulu Hypermarket) at RAK and GCC Pavilion Dubai Expo 2020.

4. From May 2018 to January 2019 worked with M/S Waho Infrastructure LLP Noida( Bhutani group) as aProject Engineer. Construction of Noida World One project. 5. From February 2016 to February 2018 worked with M/S Amakeen International Contracting LLC, Dubaias a civil engineer. Project at DIC. For Pac Technology LLC. 6. From March 2013 to January 2016 worked with M/S City Diamond Contracting LLC Dubai as civil engineer. Project at Jafza & Techno Park. 7. From May 2011 to December 2012 worked with M/S G.D. Builder Rani Bagh New Delhi. Project Handled:- 4B+G+20 story residential building in Azadpur New Delhi, for M2K group as Senior Engineer.

8. From July 2005 to March 2011 worked with M/s Al-Avon Contracting (L.L.C.) Dubai. as Site Engineer, Project Handled:- G+1 small office for Gulf Scientific Corporation, Ware House for M/s Galperti Middle East, W/H and Office for A.M. Shipping, Honest Steel, W/H and Office G+M+1 for RHS Logistic, G+M Ware House and Office for Just Right. All Project in Jebel Ali Free Zone Area, G+M Office and Ware House for Gulf Ocean Electrical in Technopark, Chimney for Euro Gulf Steel Factory in Al Quiz, G+M Ware House and Office for M/s Dhalumal International Trading at D.I.P. II.

9. From July 2001 to October 2004 worked with M/s Jasaf Building Technology Company L.L.C., Dubai (an ISO 2001 company) as Civil Foreman. Project Handled: Factory Complex (Precast) at Jebel Ali Industrial area for M/s Contech Engineering, Dubai, Office and Ware House for M/s Oil Field Supply Centre at Jafza, Dubai.

10. From Feb. 1997 to June 2001 worked with M/s Al-Tameer General Construction Company L.L.C. as Civil Foreman. Project Handled: Deluxe Villa at Nad Al Shiva, Dubai International School Al Quiz, 2B+G+M+20 Story Hotel Building at Murqabat Street, Dubai, B+G+12 Story Residential and CommercialBuilding for M/S B.M.T.C. at Sharjah. 11. From Nov. 1993 to December 1996 worked with M/s Tecton Construction, Noida (U.P.) India, as site Engineer. Project Handled:- Bio Gas Generation Plant and new factory at Lal Kuan

(Nainital) Uttaranchal for Century Pulp and Paper Factory, also at Gwalior for Gwalior Distillery, (M.P.) India.

12. From May 1991 to Oct. 1993 worked with R.K. Mohan Construction Co., Madipur, Delhi as Civil Supervisor for construction of a Nursing Home. 13. From April 1990 to April 1991 worked with N.D.M.C., Palika Kendra, New Delhi as Apprentice Junior Engineer.
