As an Immigration Services Officer (ISO), I have the ability and knowledge to adjudicate a variety of applications.

On a daily basis, my job requires researching official documents, files and evidence submitted by the applicants who are applying for immigration benefits.

My training syllabus included classes such as: requirements of applicants, eligibility criteria for various benefits, adjustment procedures for immigrants and non-immigrants, knowledge of exclusion and deportation regulations.

I have the knowledge and experience to apply regulations, polices and operating procedures to adjudicate. I serve as a technical expert in resolving the most complex and sensitive benefits related problems.

I have the ability to make accurate judgments and decisive decisions.
