●Began with the company as a PSC which involved processing patient medication orders, handling financial and medical accounts of our patients, and communicating with the doctors and team of medical staff daily regarding patient regimen changes and patient inquires.
●Offered QC position 4 months into my time with Defy – In which I mentored and coached team members to achieve their performance goals, review, resolve, and escalate QC related issues, manage important vendor relationships, manage and audit employee’s work; ensuring order accuracy before releasing to pharmacy, and troubleshooting any technical issues with orders. I resigned from this position to go back to school to receive my Practical Nurse Diploma.
