FIELDS OF EXPERIENCE:-

breathing apparatus
Keep all work permit systems like cold work, hot work, confined space vessel entry, Height
work, excavation permit
Trouble shooting, optimizing production, controlling parameters, executing jobs, coordinating
with shift engineers, co-operating with other departments
Ensure safe and smooth operation of the plant thereby achieving the production targets
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-
• Pertaining to safe operations of the unit & operating the equipment’s as per
standard operating Procedure (SOP)
• Routine checkup of all process equipment
• Reporting all the abnormalities and failure to the control room and take corrective
measure
• Plant startup and shutdown activities
• Trouble shooting and down time reduction
• PM job activities, raw material stock auditing and stump auditing activities
• Sample analysis like PH, VISCOSITY, GEL, DENSITY,CHLORIDE,HYDRO AND SOLIDS
• Biocides preparation as per the batch card requirements
• Creation of process orders in SAP regularly
• Maintain the production documents as per ISO 9001 AND 14001
• Improving the house keeping by implementing ‘5-s’ concepts in the work station
Involved PHA (Process hazard analysis), SOA (Safety observation audit), and JAS
(Job safety analysis) studies
