Assisted with the supervision of the engine room personnel with the maintenance and upkeep of a 65,000-horsepower main engine and all associated support systems. Managed the engineering office of a 437-foot guided missile destroyer, maintaining the training and personnel records for over 100 enlisted personnel along with the ships engineering technical files.
