Generation Engineer Since Jan 2015

PP14 Power Plant having GE 7FA Gas turbines with an installed capacity of 1890 MW which includes 6*210MW simple cycle and 2*315MW combined cycle units.

•Prepared technical documentation for testing and maintenance of Electrical systems

•Managed the commissioning of Transformers (2MVA to 510MVA), 13.8KV/6.9KV/480V switchgears, Generator Circuit Breaker, UPS, Generator Relay Panel, HT and LT motors.

•Led a cross-functional team of commissioning and construction for the walk down of the installed equipment’s prior to energization.

•Reviewed and coordinated vendor design documents to ensure compliance to design requirements.

•Coordinated with the construction department to close the Punch lists and NCR’s of Electrical systems before energization.
