• Monitoring and controlling of assigned asset finance portfolio using company software.

• Motoring of all company assets (vehicles) using the most efficient tracking system and devices and providing monthly movement reports to management.

• Coordinating with the repo team to help them locate the units under repossession using the GPS tracking system for stolen and overdue units.

• Identifying overdue clients who have failed to comply with the contractual payment schedule, and visiting them where the telephone follow-up deemed not effective.

• Prioritizing the collection assignments in accordance Eazy track collection policy.

• Proposing the best clients handling and debt collection strategies to the repossession team as the head of the repossession department

• Repossessing collateral once all previous communication attempts have failed.

• Identifying and applying most efficient communication tactics, persuading the client to close their overdue.
