Hello my name is Carlton R. Winston, I have worked for several places utilizing my skill set from teaching senior citizens how to use computers. I have also worked at Norfolk State university in their computer lab starting off as a student worker to a lab support technician assisting staff and the students who needed assistance with logging into the computer using active directory to create and change password or putting them in the right group so that they could log into the computers across campus. I also assisted military personal how to log in using their CAC and setting up their emails in Ms. Outlook. I have taken many inbound calls from military personnel at the Joint Forces Command to NMCI project. I worked with Unisys on setting up the call-center for Census 20/20. I have worked for Universal Consulting Service before covid. I recently worked for Abbtech Resources installing computers at their California Kitchen pizza. I feel that with all my experience that I am a great candidate for this position because of the skill set that I bring to the table along with the ability to listen attentively and having empathy for the clients as they call in needing assistance.
