Description:

Elkay is a leading standard stainless-steel manufacturer of commercial kitchen equipment.

This project is regarding the Modelling and the production level detail drawing for steel components using sheet metal fabrication standards.

Creation of 3D model for Commercial Cabinets, Work Station, Trash Can Cabinets, Compartment sink, and Rethermalizer.

Production level drawings for the prepared components.

Well-versed with engineering deliverable cycle through the PDM.

Technical Platform: Solidworks, AutoCAD

Responsibilities:

Provided new designs for the completion of the project based on life cycle management.

Handling the materials required (BOM) for the manufacturing of the required components.

Ensuring the probabilities of handling the material with the required manufacturing process and shop floor availability.

Checking the properties of the material based on the model requirement.

Optimizing the number of conventional cycles required for the completion of the entire model.

Project 2: EIS- Elkay Interior System (3D Modelling and Detailing)

Description:

This project is regarding the designing and providing 3D models of the millwork based on the PM set requirements with production standards.

Providing individual drawings for the millwork for the initial level of approval from the customer.

Updating of models as per the site field conditions and meeting the customer requirements for approval to production.

Production level drawings will be provided once the preliminary level is approved by the EIS.

Handling the materials required (BOM) for the manufacturing of the required components.

Development of the hand sketch/2D drawing to 3D model for production as per customer aspects.

Deliverable of the projects as per the client stipulated time interval requested.

Technical Platform: Solidworks, AutoCAD.
