I am a trained Recruiting Assistant for one year and six months for the US Census Bureau. Later, I was transitioned to Census Response Representative. I possess skills in customer service and management. I Was a Manager for Support care for a period of eight years, dealing with People with developmental disabilities.I held customer service jobs with many major companies. Highlights/Accomplishments

As a Recruiter for the Census Bureau,I scheduled events in Franklin county in all the metropolitan libraries, Churches, Masjids, Businesses, State offices, and apartments complexes I educate potential employees about the benefits of working for the Census Bureau, good weekly pay and I helped them to apply on site. I engaged sixty people and half of them applied as Census Takers.I did canvassing by dropping flyers to Businesses, Churches, apartments and shopping Centers. As a customer service representative and cashier, I engaged over sixty customers a day, answered phone calls, and received cash payments. I also scheduled appointments and advised customers to apply for the company credit cards. I sold protection plans and these interactions allowed me to generate revenue, save costs and optimize the processes of the companies I worked for.
