This is a start-up company and completed series B, C funding. I was the 14th employee hired full time. I had responsibility for managing all subcontract manufacturers and suppliers in China as well as US. Had ownership for all purchasing, coordination, and aftermarket repair activities for all products. Had ownership for cost reducing the product via qualifying new supply base in China and US. I took the product into its first production and distribution run. We grew revenue from

$2.5M to $21M in 3.5 years. This an AR/VR based company (wearables). Through relationships and new suppliers, I was able to deliver 7% cost savings in the first year. Established 3PL in Hong Kong, China, and US Isola Asia Pacific (HK) Ltd.

2011 to 2017 - Residing in Hong Kong

President, Asia Pacific, and Global Supply Chain Officer – 1150 total employees, ten direct reports In this role I had full P&L ownership for six manufacturing locations throughout Asia, 1150 COGS headcount and ten direct reports. In addition, I also had ownership for, Sales, Global Supply Chain, Pricing Team, MRO, R&D, and Capex. I had full P&L responsibility for $350M USD. During this time my team and I delivered an 11% increase in EBITDA, and $2.1 million in cost saving via negotiations, long term contracts and adding new suppliers

2007 to 2011- Residing in Chandler, AZ USA Corp Headquarters President North America, Global Supply Chain Officer – 375 total employees ten direct reports In this role I had full P&L ownership for three manufacturing locations throughout the US, 375 COGS headcount and ten direct reports. Global Director Electromechanical Commodities – 15 direct reports, and thirty dotted lines In this role I had ownership for; PCB’s, Backplanes, Connectors, Cables, Sheetmetal, Displays, and Power Supplies globally, comprising of a USD$2B spend. Opened an IPO office in Taiwan and built a local team of eleven team members, from the ground up. My focus was qualifying new suppliers, improve supply assurance and cost reduction. During this period my team and I was fortunate to deliver $35 million in savings by developing new suppliers and re-negotiating with current supply base over this period of time.
