I was in control of the days revenue making sure the drivers would make money as well as the company. After I would set the schedules I would call all the drivers and had them login to the Medi routes app. So we can confirm their schedule for the next day. I would dispatch as well if member cancelled then I would look for another trip to be added to their schedule.

We dispatched the police department if the burglar alarm was tripped, the fire department if the fire alarm tripped and/or paramedics if the medical alarm would trip.
