-The primary duty and responsibility of the position is to manage Public Safety Officers
-Conducts inspections of assigned officers, ensuring officers are fit for duty; in proper uniform; and their knowledge of their roles and responsibilities is clear and understood.
-Conduct homeless meetings to inform outreach staff of problematic locations.
-Responsibilities included submitting all payroll and vacation requests. Up to date records of all time off request
-Interact with directors and outside agencies such as Bowery Residents Committee and New York Police Department combining ideas in efforts to resolve problems within the Business Improvement District
-Liaison with New York Police Department and Department of Community Affairs
-Prepare quarterly reports that compare and contrast number of individual homeless placements, 311 conditions, transportation and public contacts from previous year
-Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures

-Accept calls and prioritize calls and complaints from public safety officers
-Perform data and information entry
