Dear Mr. Kawaljeet
Further to the interview you had with us, we are pleased to offer you the position of
“ Helper” for Jaleel Distribution division and you will be placed in Band GL1, as per our compensation structure on the following terms and conditions:
Your appointment is subject to approval from the Labour and Immigration Department of UAE. Your date of joining shall not be later than 23rd November 2021 or subject to the receipt of Employment Visa.
Salary and Benefits:
1 Your Monthly Remuneration shall be as follows:

Basic Salary 750.00 Seven Hundred And Fifity Dirhams Only Special Allowance 450.00 Four Hundred And Fifty Dirhams Only TOTAL 1200.00 One Thousand Two Hundred Dirhams Only Note: In addition to the above you will be provided with bachelor shared company accommodation, if you wish to live outside the company accommodation, you will be given House Rent Allowance of AED 250/- (Two Hundred And Fifty Dirhams only).
2 You will be entitled to all other benefits as per the Company Policy. 3 Gratuity is payable as per local labor laws.
Confirmation
4 You will be on probation for a period of 6 months and your performance will be reviewed at different intervals to give you performance guidance. After completion of the probationary period, your performance will be assessed and will be considered, at its sole discretion, for being confirmed in the employment, for which a separate letter of confirmation will be issued. Leave Benefits
5 You will be entitled to 30 calendar days paid leave each year and provided with yearly airfare allowance as per our company policy for self from second year onwards. Working Hours
6 The hours of work will be as per UAE Labor Laws. At times, work demands may necessitate additional working hours.
Separation
7 During the probation period, either party may terminate the Contract by without giving any notice. After the Probationary Period, either party may terminate the services, by giving three months’ notice or salary in lieu thereof. As per Government regulations your employment visa will be valid for two years, and is renewable thereafter on mutual consent. The Company reserves the right to terminate your service without notice in the event of any breach of any of the conditions of this contract or on grounds of gross misconduct, breaking any of the clauses of UAE Labor Law/ any other laws of the Country or insubordination. In this event you shall be immediately repatriated by the earliest possible means at your cost without prejudice to any claims for debt or damages that the Company may have against you.
Confidentiality
8 You shall maintain full confidentiality of all matters relating to the business affairs, confidential and trade secret information of Company (both technical and business) and its branch offices/ sister concerns and any breach thereof will be considered as a major misconduct leading to termination of the employment and is enforceable in any court of law in UAE for claiming compensation/ damages for the same This clause extends to all documents, records, and information stored electronically or otherwise, transfer of any data through any social network medias like facebook/ twitter/ whatsapp etc .among other things.
9 During the course of employment with the company, you will not be permitted to engage in any other employment, any other business or undertakings or other business activity other than as an employee of this company.
Non-Competitor Engagement
10 You would be bound by a non-competitor engagement clause and you shall not be employed or otherwise have your services engaged with any competitor of the Jaleel Holdings LLC / Jaleel Distribution for a period of two years from the date of you leaving the services of the company either by resignation or otherwise.
Possession of Company goods:
11 You will be responsible for the charge and care of the company’s goods, money or any property entrusted to you or any goods in the custody of the you, during the course of the employment and you shall faithfully account for or pay over or deliver to any authorized person of the company all such items.
Absenteeism:
12 Absence from duty for a continuous period of 7 days or 21 non consecutive days in one year of service, including absence when leave applied, but not granted and any days of leave overstay, would make you to lose your lien on the job and the same shall automatically come to an end without any notice or even intimation.

Submission of false information:
13 If during the period of your employment, at any time, it is found that the information supplied in application or bio data form submitted by you, is false or incorrect wholly or partially, the company may terminate your service without giving any notice, payment in lieu of notice and without any end of service benefits.
Adherence to the Law of the Land:
14 You are required to maintain and uphold the reputation of the company by following the rules and regulations of the country and must abide by the laws and customs enforced in the UAE and will not be allowed to use any illegal or prohibited drugs or other substances of intoxication or be under alcoholic influence while at work or at the accommodation if provided by the company. Medical Fitness during the Service:
15 Your employment with the company will be subject to you being found and remaining physically and mentally fit to perform the duties. The company shall have the right to get you medically examined, vaccinated or inoculated by any registered medical practitioner at any time when the company feels it necessary to do so. Your services will be liable to be terminated on being found physically or mentally unfit by a registered medical practitioner at any time during the course of the employment with us.
Medical Check up on Joining:
16 Upon joining, you will be required to undergo a medical check-up in a hospital required by the Government Department prior to your residence visa being approved by the Immigration Authorities. If the result of your medical check-up proves negative, this offer letter becomes invalid and you will have no lien on the job and in such case you will have to repay the cost of recruitment and all other related expenses incurred before and after the your arrival to UAE. Public Holidays:
17 Public holidays, as declared by the Company, will be offered as off days as and when they occur 18 Others
1. You shall abide by the Company’s Rules and Regulations and will be governed by the existing Company Policies and its amendments from time to time. 2 This offer is subject to receipt of the Satisfactory References and verification of employment information. You are required to provide us with Two Reference letters / Names. 3 The company reserves the right to transfer you to any of our companies/ Locations/ Regions internationally, at salaries, terms and conditions comparable to this one, vis-à-vis the place of posting.
The Company retains the right to reassign you to a different position, change the component of your salary keeping the total salary same at any time with or without notice, and to change your job duties to meet our business needs. Since our industry changes rapidly and you must be flexible to meet the needs of the business.

Visa
19. For the purpose of your Employment Visa/ Work Permit, you are required to submit the following documents:
a) Copy of the Valid Passport Copy in color (which should be minimum 6 months valid before expiry)
b) Passport Size Photographs – 10 nos.
c) Education Certificates ( it is mandatory to get the certificate attested by the Ministry of Education or Human Resources [ in the resident country ], Consulate of UAE and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, UAE for certain higher positions. Any verbal communication on the above appointment is not valid. Kindly sign and return a copy of this letter as a token of acceptance of the terms and conditions specified as above.
