I am currently working in TRN Energy private limited Raigarh 2x300MW China manufactured Boiler and Turbine units at Raigarh, Chhattisgarh state as Exicutive Engineer in Turbine desk operation from 19 Aug 2021 to till date.

Previous experience 02 year 03 months in Power Mech Project Limited under in JINDAL INDIA THARMAL POWER LIMITED 2x600MW Sub critical BHEL manufactured boiler and turbine unit as O&M-Engineer in Turbine area, from 29 April 2019 to 14 Aug 2021.

Previous experience 04 months in YASHMUN Engineers Ltd. under in TATA POWER LTD. (CGPL) 5x800MW Ultra Mega Power Plant DOOSAN manufactured Boiler and Turbine units at Mundra, Gujarat state as O&M- Engineer in BTG Area from 1 january 2019 to 27 April 2019.

Previous experience 08 months in BACS HI-TECH ENGINEERING Ltd. under in LARSEN & TOUBRO POWER LTD. at shree singaji thermal power project stage-II

(2X660MW) khandwa M.P. state, super critical L&T manufactured boiler and turbine unit as commissioning engineer in turbine area, from 19 May 2018 to 30 December 2018.

TG Unit Operation activities such as:-

Cold start up, warm start up, hot start up, Normal unit operations, Emergency handling, and safe shutdown.

Line up the unit and auxiliaries, change over of equipment routine testing of protection system.

Maintain all parameters field.

Involve in vacuum pulling,

Preventing unit tripping under turbine emergencies

Performance testing of various equipment.

Monitor plant operations and handle emergencies including shut down unit.

Instruction to field operator for local line up clearance for start up and shut down and safe Operation of unit.

Monitor the loading of machine and maintain load schedule as per requirements.

Changeover of auxiliaries in a shift.

Coordinate with maintenance personal for defect identification, work permit, trial and clearance of job prioritized by him

Suitable corrective action for operation the plant at its optimum performances as per load.

Optimizing & analysing H2 consumptions.

Performance monitoring and maintain required parameters for smooth & effective Operation.

Co-ordinating with DCS Engineers regarding DCS operation for schedule activities of auxiliary equipment’slike trial &changeover, Isolation or normalisation as well as Handling field operation with field operator during emergency trip or blackout.

Executing & inspecting all line-up activities such as pre-post & after-post of auxiliary equipments for Plant Start up in Various Turbine rolling Conditions.

On spot identifying defects & maintaining record and attending all the problems during unit running or shut down or preventive maintenance.

Preparing daily reports of availability / non availability of equipments.

Conduct assessment, informing to DCS regarding any near miss or unsafe conditions of field areas.

Monitoring safety and environment aspects of operation jobs being carried out.

Smoothly Boiler start-up and shut down as per SOP.

Local Field Operation in Boiler and Turbine.

Field Operation other emergency operation involving in BTG like mill unloading & tripping of equipment.

Normalisation and isolation of equipment’s and valve.

Hydro test, Steam blowing, cold air test of PF Boiler.

Performance monitoring and maintain the require parameter for smooth and efficient operation of boiler.

Daily Routine Equipment inspection Boiler & turbine areas.

Maintaining Log Sheet and Log Book of Unit as per schedule. KEY EXPOSURE

Operation experience of electrical system (HT and LT ) and 11KV to Incomer from station transformer.

Handling several types of Emergencies in power plant like system trouble, load throw off, station blackout etc & handling Emergencies in Boiler, Turbine and Electrical site.
