I am an experienced and dedicated nurse, with many years of med./surgical nursing, and passionate about providing care for those persons compromised by health issues. Having retired 6 years ago, only to return one year later to nursing, I am seeking opportunity to work again in similar environment.

US Renal, Indianapolis : July, 2018 – Mar. 2019, PRN to Dec. 2019 ( sidelined due to fall on ice)

STAFF RN, in fast paced out-patient dialysis facility:

* monitor chronic dialysis patients pre- and post treatment

* assessment of volume status to determine fluid loss on HD

* monitor of labs to ensure proper dialysis bath, meds to administer

* report problems related to treatment, acute symptoms, labs, etc to MD

* lab collection

* catheter, access care; report findings of infection

Brownsburg Health Care, Brownsburg, IN.: August 2017 to July 2018

STAFF RN, long-term facility, with skilled unit

* oversee care, physical, emotional, and mental needs of group of patients, comprised

largely of elderly and senior citizens with variety medical needs, as well as some surgical.
