Service Representative Customer

Hello my name is Kimberly Adkins, an I have * years of customer service training. I have worked in Lowe's Home Improvement for 3 and a half years. I have also worked retail for over 14 years. I also worked at Kroger for three years as a scan coordinator an also as a customer service representative,in each of these positions I was trained to answer calls, help customers purchase items over the phone or even take payments over the phone.
