Objective

My overall goal is to provide the skills necessary to develop leadership and to enhance the future education of every young person on a team. I am fond of working with youth, both high school and college, whether it be as a coach or as a teacher. I am dedicated to both because someone worked with me as a young person, formed a lasting impression and positively impacted my formation as a leader. It is my desire to give back to the community by playing a part in educating today’s youth. I believe that while working in this field, I am sending out a message to our children about how important they are to our future. I especially enjoy coaching and feel that I can be an asset to any school team I represent. I set goals for the players, myself, as well as the entire coaching staff. I strive to show honesty, fairness, and integrity throughout my life and career both as a player and as teacher of the game and I feel qualified for any coaching position. I am excited to join forces with a program which inspires happiness among athletes while providing a safe environment in which to do so and look forward to an opportunity to express further my desire to become an integral part of a team.
