I’m the middle person between the Customer and Restaurants. I pick up at different restaurants for customers how are unable to pick up food themselves or wait in line. I worked my way up from front line cashier, to Audit Room associate before being promoted to front line Supervisor were I had 25 cashiers or more to watch at a time. Then I was promoted to Customer Service and went up to Corporate headquarters. There I listened to customer complaints and directed the issues to Store Managers accordingly. From there I was sent down to SST. Were I was responsible for taking care of customers behind the scenes. I contracted and paid technicians for work completed on customers Big Screen TV'S, Washers & Dryers, Refrigerators anything that you can't take to store to be fixed. Then Promoted to Accounts Payable, while I was there for over 6 yrs. I took care of All parts needed for technicians across the states for all Fry’s Stores. Using my customer service skills, Word, and Excel I kept and updated Companies we worked with. Sony, LG, Panasonic, Samsung, Fujitsu, to name a few Through monthly reconciliation reports, Purchase Orders and invoices and shipping labels I would track and pay for parts coming in and out.
