Developed several Excel Spreadsheets that accomplished the following:

Calculated all material needs through out the plant for any number of weeks based on changing production goals.

Tracked amounts of the various materials in each production area and the warehouse.

Calculated the cost of building each product type.

Calculated egress opening in several product types.

Coordinated the redesign of several standard products into specialty products that met Federal egress requirements without ordering any new parts.

Solved a long term construction problem of bay and bow windows. This new process was safer for the team members and at the same time created a much cleaner look to the inside of the finished units. This improvement was adopted in the headquarters plant.
