Writer, Video Director, and Content Creator

Early working life: Right after college LC worked in various local publications such as PULP magazine, URGE Magazine to which he worked up the ranks to Editor in Chief.

Moved to film and score composing and sound design in the independent film scene in Manila. During the early days of digital media, LC was at the forefront working with the likes of Jon Red (renowned father of digital films) award-winning director Paolo Villanueva, Khan dela Cruz. Transcending into a Writer and Director was inevitable. Now, working freelance in advertising as a Video Director and Script Writer for various corporate companies, and also focuses on Screenplays and Comic book writing of his own up-and-coming titles and films. LC's true passion is still and always will be creating content that has edgy storylines and concepts that are beyond social norms while still maintaining high entertainment value.

Passion and Hobbies:

- As a boy, LC discovered comic books at an early age. One of which is Frank Miller’s The Dark Knight Returns, which molded his worldview and became the gateway into mature written comics, a domino effect ensued that led him into discovering his ultimate childhood hero – Dare Devil. LC is still very passionate about comics to this day, some of his favorite writers are Frank Miller, Allan Moore, Grant Morrison, Warren Ellis, Mark Russell to name a few of his influences, as he is now developing his very own comic book creations titled- Sampaguita and Crossing.

- As an avid Guitar Player, LC has turned his hobby into a career, becoming a recording artist for various bands and creating original music for a multitude of commercial brands, companies, and websites. Now still playing guitar in his spare time, he often jams with friends in his favorite bars around Manila.

- A car enthusiast, as he is very passionate about Tuning sport sedans, one of which is his BMW E36, which he has fine-tuned into a track machine, that he drives on weekend fun runs with friends. He is also into 4x4 vintage trucks, as he has restored an old Nissan

Pathfinder into a rugged trail monster.

Wrote content for my very own published column called

“EGOmaniacs,” a music and lifestyle editorial style magazine column, that expands to 3 pages. I also provide ample pictorials for each published article.

- Urge Magazine (lifestyle and extreme sports) Editor in Chief. 2004- 2010.

Started as an article writer and was quickly promoted to Editor in Chief: I oversee the whole production per published magazine per month, I also handle most of the marketing content for the ads and the publication itself.

- Freelance for Advertising. Scriptwriter and Video Director for various TV commercials.

Did a lot of Script and concept pitching for various companies, and directed most if not all the Videos for commercial usage.

performances of various artists under the company. Final Note:

I am a creative, who will not allow mediocrity in any of my work, be it a television commercial or a company video presentation, as I always aim for the best my skills can provide. I am currently working on my first comic book called "Sampaguita" (jasmine flower), an action drama to be released in late this year. My aim is to breakthrough in my respected field and to come up with high-quality and hard- hitting unforgettable material. Hoping to share my skills and vision and always looking for new challenges. I am always ready to take on new projects and to work with individuals who want the best results.
