Experience

3PL Warehouse Manager DSV Air & Sea June 2021 - July 2022

· Managed a team of 25-28 full-time and temporary employees in the full logistics process for GE Aviation and Power (Aero Alliance) on behalf of both Agility Freight Services and DSV Air & Sea

· Directly oversaw and responsible for all warehouse production, inventory and outbound shipping, (86,000 sq.ft., approx $250MM on hand inventory)

· Ran client update meetings 3/week, Non-Conformance calls with International Production Facilities 1/week, Team lead meetings 1/week, Warehouse safety meetings 1/month and many impromptu stand-downs with varying team members on process improvement and training

· Over the course of a year I helped to Increase overall productivity from 8 lines/hr to over 12 lines/hr (+50.5%) while maintaining nearly identical labor costs, increased picking accuracy from 89.2% to 99.1%, increased cycle count and inventory accuracy from 91.8% to 99.4%
