RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure security training is planned and enforced to all security officers as per hotel proceeds

Patrol the hotel internal and external environment on regular basis and ensure both contractors and staffs compel and report any irregularities

Complete all log books and follow up on pending issues from previous shift and report to the manager

To inform guests and visitors or facilities of the hotel like the gym, swimming pool, kids playing area

To protect the safety of guests, staffs and their property and hotel property

Communicate regularly with security superior within the hotel on up to date of everything happening with the hotel premises and Monitor and operate the CCTV

Ensure all lost and found are handed over to the rightful owner after verification are done upon hotel proceeds and are recorded

Ensure that contractors and visitors sign in upon arrival and departure

Responding to emergency and assist guests and staffs during emergency situations

Checking all the emergency fire exit, entrance and all the exit point of the hotel

Ensure the safety of all in house guest to make their stay safe and memorable
