Upon coming to Ally, I was going to continue to execute my plans of state licensing and other contracts that I had pending along with assisting multiple crews at CRC. After a few months, I was called in by my manager and told he was eliminating my position without a reason. Project Manager 11/2021 to 03/2022

Identified plans and resources required to meet project goals and objectives. Managed projects from procurement to commission.

Developed and initiated projects, managed costs, and monitored performance. Achieved project deadlines by coordinating with contractors to manage performance. I was hired atTen-west as a project manager and planned to open revenues within the company. I was in the process of and applied for my C-22 asbestos contractors license, and im also and currently a certified lead supervisor through the state of California. Along with my C-22, i was also going for my C-21 demolition license due to my Heavy equipment operation experience.

In the months at Ten -west I was introduce to the manager of operations at Ally Enterprises which offered me a deal I couldn't refuse.
