Who am I? What do those letters mean? It’s important to you.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Dance Education after spending twenty – five years as a professional dancer and instructor. Those twenty-five years and eight years attending State University of New York @ Buffalo included my introduction to functional anatomy and dissection. Here I learned functional anatomy, muscle by muscle, function by function. I have not been called the “Body Whisperer” for nothing. These many years have afforded me a unique insight; an intuitive/workman like view of the use and abuse of the human body.

The Master of Arts & Humanities opened a unique door into the psychological ramifications of movement. With a double major in Theatre and Dance I learned how our physiology affects our mindset.

Plan B: LMT (Licensed Massage Therapist)

Where would be the most logical place to take my “Body Whisperer” skills? Nevada School of Massage: where I learned skills I never imagined were available. After sixteen years as a Therapeutic Massage Therapist with 11 advanced certifications, and the blessing of a regular clientele, that I have had the privilege of guiding out of the ravages of chronic pain to hope, my education is on the verge of a new plateau. I have now performed 15,000 sessions.

CMMT : (Certified Medical Massage Therapist)

This certification has put me in the offices of six Chiropractic Physicians in Las Vegas, Nevada and Pahrump, Nevada. I am certified to use cupping and electrical stimulation affording my clientele results not otherwise available. During the acquisition of this certification I was fortunate to have been instructed by senior practitioners with more than 30 years of experience. I remain forever grateful to them.

PAS: Postural Alignment Specialist

I am now able to combine Therapeutic Rehabilitative Massage with a unique form of physical therapy: The Egoscue Method. What does this mean to you? I now have @ my fingertips more than 500 exercises that I have the knowledge coupled with the assistance of Egoscue University which enables me to custom craft a program that will guarantee a new level of wellbeing to anyone who is willing to take a no-nonsense approach to the commitment: Pain Free. I realized that I have been coaching people for more than 40 years; but my coaching has been hands/one on one. I have been a teacher of movement and safe efficient movement for more than 40 years. Now transitioning to remote classes one on one.

After curing my husband of a congenital disorder brought about by sugar consumption in 1975, I began transforming my family.

I transitioned my family to vegetarianism (to protect my husband’s kidneys). Also, as a preventive measure to keep my children well and healthy. My children were ages 5 & 7 at the time. They became accomplished athletes & earned football scholarships for college.

Today I have broken down the elements into simple, useable, actions that provide quick results. Move without Pain is how it starts.

Age 77: Lost 150lbs since 2006, Not even a cold since 2006, Reversed the need for glasses, Cancelled only 1 massage therapy session in 16 years, perfect blood pressure, no medications, not even aspirin.

SALES BACKGROUND:

1981 – 1983 Jewel Markets: I did door to door sales in Buffalo, NY for Jewel Markets out of Chicago. I developed customers for a route person who delivered the household products. I was paid by the sale.

1983-1986 Sold Mary Kay Products during direct sales presentations. Mary Kay continued in the background of other sales positions.

1984-1987: Sold waterless cookware & bakeware door to door using a high school graduation list. Was #1 sales associate for some time.

1986 – 1994 Attending College and worked as a waitress for several dining establishments both fine dining & breakfast/dinner restaurants.

2000-2002 Hilton Hotels/Resorts: Sold mini-vacations nationwide for their Las Vegas, Nevada time share locations on the phone.

2002-2003 Fairfield Resorts: Sold mini-vacations nationwide for their Las Vegas, Nevada time shares on the phone.

2003 – 2005 Mobile Productivity Inc. An auto repair on line service out of Minnesota. I sold their software over the phone. In this position I provided auto repairs through the auto-experts located in Minnesota. I also taught potential customers how to use the software by remotely accessing their computers. Many of my sales are active to this day.
