A motivated hard-worker who’s gained supervisory experience and knowledge in several different markets. I have over four years of Information Technology experience, three years customer service, five years in the advertisement field, and four years landscaping experience. I served in the United States Navy and worked in Aviation Administration. Triage and coordinate next steps for isolation for cases and quarantine for individuals the person has been in contact with.
Communicate with cases in a professional and empathetic manner. Collect and record information on symptoms into the CalConnect System. Coordinate tracking efforts with local health authority and refer high-level cases( (ie. homeless individuals) to local resources to ensure self- isolation is possible.
