- In charge of Incoming inspection for the Vendor parts - Ensure the Defect free part supply to Assembly Line

- Analysis root cause for the Unknown problem through Systematic Method.

- Conducting inspection & testing.

- Maintaining documents as per TML STANDARD.

- Carrying out 5S and kaizen activities for continuous improvement.

- Analysis of customer complaints and implementation of corrective measures and tracking improvements.

- Preparing (Daily rejection booking through SAP) & monitoring of incoming & in process rejection data with appropriate analysis

- Responsible for attending in-plant Part Quality issues, performing Analysis & Implementing corrective action and preventive action for the same.

- Monitoring Daily Work Management system.

- Inspection of development sample & giving feedback to vendor development person.

- Analysis of various inspections report & take corrective actions for the same. Key Skill: -

- Knowledge of PLM & 7 QC Tools.

- Hands of experience on measuring instruments like Vernier, Micrometre, Height gauge, Thread Plug Gauge, thread Ring gauge, Filler gauge, Thread Pitch Gauge etc.

- Incoming & Assembly line rejection analysis.

- Root cause analysis & preventive action.
