Relevant Experience: I raised three children of my own who are now successful college- educated adults and thriving. I am a former college Instructor. I have my degree in Healthcare Management. I love to make a child feel confident, but disciplined and humble. At every stage in child development comes different strategies in training with love and keeping them focused with routine. I find this builds a confident, secure child who makes better choices. This begins early in life and carries into adulthood. 1

The most important part about being a Nanny: How you make everyone in the family feel. Children need to know their parents are number one and where the Nanny fits into the family. My experience with special needs children: Asperger's Syndrome. My favorite nanny moment: The day I was leaving my time with the family, the 5-year-old I was taking care of, put dirt on my car seat, and I knew why; he did not want me to leave. He cried and I reached out for a few months to calm him. His little brother was a big attachment as he was 6-weeks old when I first become their daytime Nanny. He was walking and talking by the time I left that beloved position. To this day, I have nothing but fond memories and adoration for those boys. The Nanny chosen makes a huge impact on every aspect of your family. I bring over 20+ years as a mother, caregiver to my parents, and strong ethics, and morals and I am a Believer (Christian).
