Responsible for execution of multiple functions in the securitization process with firm deliverable dates to client.
Communicate with client, law firms, employees, and vendors to complete all functional aspects of each securitization.
Data entry of title information into operating systems. Ordering tax information and verifying taxes are up to date.
Collection and verification of wiring instructions. Complete commercial pipeline in a timely, efficient, and error free manner while assisting in side projects and training new hires at the same time. Assist with the training of all the team members in the commercial department and remain the point of contact to answer any questions and/or concerns.
Contacted appropriate agencies to complete searches, order records and obtain documents.
Title Exam: Review items for the transaction, assess risk and determine what items and/or processes need to be completed in order to Insure a property or the transaction.
Review the commitment against the search documents provided to find any discrepancies or unnecessary requirements and/or exceptions. Run Pacer report on all non HPA Sellers. Ensure OFAC searches have been completed.
Review items recorded at the county level, state level and tax information relating to the property.
Resolve HOA and title curative issues.
