ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparation of Shop drawings & Load Schedule by interpretation of Tender Drawings.

• Material Take off for Critical Materials like Cables, Cable Trays, Light Fittings etc.,

• Testing & commissioning activities during the final stage of the project.

• Assigning work to Foremen and supervise the site work according to job requirements.

• Assisting the site engineer with the coordination of work from all disciplines as dictated by Project

needs.

• Ensure safety regulations at site meet Customer's and Company's safety requirements.

• Assisting the Site Engineer in the submission of inspection requests (checklist) to the Customer

Representative in order to obtain approval for all executed work.

• Screening and selecting competent manual staff to accomplish Project tasks according to Project

skills requirements.

• Editing the as-built drawings and mark up with the site work changes as agreed with customer

representative.

• Ensure optimum utilisation of Construction Equipment and Project Vehicles.

• Co-ordinating with Sub-Contractors for sequencing of works to be implemented.

• Ensure correct storage and protection to issued materials and equipment until installation.

• Provide feedbacks to engineers for achieved progress in different areas.

• Maintain standards of safety and comply with Company’s Health, Safety & Environment

Management System requirements.

• Take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others in the workplace.

• Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System

requirements.

Academic Qualification:

• Industrial Training Institute (ITI) Certificate in Electrical

• Higher Secondary School Certificate, India
