Systems Technician Customer

For the past ** years I have worked with AT&T as a systems technician. My primary role is to install, maintain and repair telephone systems for businesses. However in completing my tasks I was directly dealing with Customers on a daily basis. I had to address any and all needs of my Customers. This included the expectations the Customer was hoping for. I also dealt with any and all shortcomings in the service I was to provide them. I had some very sound workings with most all Customers. Sometimes the Customer was sold some service different from what they needed or told they would get. It fell upon me to engage the right people or groups to get those issues addressed. I would work with the right people to find the solution for the Customer and get resolution to any and all conflicts. Once the equipment sold to the Customer once in place I would make sure Customer had what he needed from that equipment. i would train the Customers and their employess on how to use the new equipment to the upmost efficiency. My final step in dealing with my Customers was to follow up with them to correct or answer any questions. i believe i have very strong interpersonal abiities in dealing directly with Customers.
